If the rooms had air-conditioning it would be 5 stars ,good location and very friendly staff. Dinner was good as well

Good morning GoricaThank you for your review. Im a bit stumped as to your comment re No air conditioning. All our rooms have air conditioners they are on the wall and the remotes are on the bench under the mirror. As you were here for 2 nights Im surprised you didnt come to Reception and let me know and I could have shown you.I hope we see you and your wife next time you are travelling through Armidale.Kind RegardsDeb

Perfect place for an overnight stay. A huge sticky patch on the carpet in our bedroom was a bit off putting, otherwise a great place.

Loved this property. The lady at reception was amazing and so lovely. Room was great with all the little touches that so many places don’t seem to have like shampoo, tissues, etc. bed was comfy, shower was great. Close to places for dinner etc. absolutely loved it thank you

It was such a big room. Internet was good and we got to eatch Foxtel Only place it worked on our trip Room nice abd warm. Big bathroom with a hair dryer But we thought we got breakfast as it was advertised but not supplied

Accommodation was fine bed really comfy. Not having milk in fridge to make coffee and having to contact reception to obtain was a pain as we arrived late in the evening so had to go without.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly there was dirt on the walls. Taps had grim on them. Blankets and doona covers had stains on them.
