Clean rooms comfortable beds. The interior is cute and cozy. A bit of tlc needed. Very convenient location. Right next to the Taiwan National Museum and MRT red line. "I stayed here as a solo female traveler and felt very safe and comfortable. The hotel is close to the MRT, so it was easy for me to travel around and explore the city. The hotel does not have breakfast, but they provide free coffee, snacks, and fruits. They also gave me a breakfast coupon that I could use at a coffee shop about 10 minutes away by walking. I would recommend this hotel to other women traveling alone."

"My daughter's family tried the breakfast buffet and said it was amazing. So many delicious options. The room was very lovely and clean. The staff was amazing and helpful, especially the concierge John Lee. The location was great, and adjoined a very nice mall. The lighting on the first floor entry and 6th floor check in is practically dark. Not my fav. The rooms could be a bit brighter, but not a big deal."

"Very sustainability-inclined facility. Conveniently located accross the busy part of Ximending, and with 2 train station exits outside the hotel. The common area at the basement is an awesome facility - we can buy out take outs and eat here with the family. Basic, but all you needed is here. Can be quite expensive during peak season, I guess. But all in all, awesome stay!"

"Nice and helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Minutes walk to Ximenting and local transport. Sushiro and 7 Eleven downstairs. Very cold air con and very hot water shower. The hotel supplies you free bottled water as there is no water dispenser. No microwave oven but this is not an issue. You can heat up your meal from 7-Eleven. Availability of coins laundry if you need that."

"Overall it’s fine however the Breakfast is always the same everyday!! We stayed for 5days and they serve the same food for a week. They should at least change the menu every 2days..having the same menu every single day is too much. Even the bread are looking not fresh.. we also seen a roach at the bread station.. they can do better on their breakfast selection."
