「Good service.」

「Loved the hotel but was very unimpressed with Gabby at front desk. As soon as I arrived for check in she had major attitude and acted like it was an issue I was checking in. I arrived around 11:30 am, check in wasn’t until 4. I asked if there was an early room and she said no. My colleague, who checked in at the same time however did get an early room, so I asked again and all of a sudden there were rooms available. She has a bad attitude, made me feel unwelcome and honestly I wouldn’t stay...

「The receptionist was great. The two complimentary water was thoughtful. However, I think my room was next to the laundry room, so I could hear whenever it was spin drying the clothes. I can also hear when staff was loading clothes. It was pretty loud and disturbing.」

「The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great.」
