Some of the rooms were nicely remodeled, but they reserve those for better looking customers people who were of color or who were possibly housing displaced were put in the dirty older rooms with the springy mattresses that poke in your back. "Staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is in a VERY sketchy neighborhood and appears to be a long term rental for people on public assistance. Lots people of coming and going, people wandering around outside our room at all hours, cats in the window, etc. My husband was nervous about leaving his truck there while he slept. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay here again. "
