The staff are so kind, the hotel is beautiful, and the setting is amazing. I highly recommend this property but know that there is no elevator. Our stay was a highlight of our time in Arles.

Great city break stopover

As part of a week cycling down the Rhone. The staff were super friendly. And the hotel very clean. The breakfast was fantastic.

Laury at reception made us feel very welcome and was most helpful. She and the other staff were kind and friendly which we appreciated. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. We cheerfully recommend Hotel Le Relais de Post Arles.

A little gem of an hotel. The rooms maybe a little bijou but the staff and its' location more than make up for that. Breakast is a good buffet. Cereal, meat, cheese, pasties etc .Should i return to Arles i would definitely stay here again.

Cute hotel with nice staff. This hotel is on the outskirts of town, it is not central. There is no laundry service onsite which hotels.com advertised. The laundromat is down the street off site and you must sit there 1-1.5 hours . There is no elevator.

The room (#12) was so very small that one had to stay in bed so the other could walk to closet or desk. There was literally 18 inches between to bed and the walls. There were no drawers for clothes, so one had to live out of a suitcase. A very small hanging rack served as a closet. The bathroom had a small glass shelf for toiletries, but no shelf i the shower for soaps or shampoo. The photos on their website were obviously of larger suites, however it seemed like bait and switch to advertise photos of suites and then put two adults in a child-sized room. The building is lovely, and the staff was kind, but the room ruined the stay for us.

Worst arrival I’ve had in an hotel anywhere in the world. Absolutely no parking even to ‘ just stop’ near the hotel. Guests are expected to park in car park 6 mins no away so that you have to carry your luggage back to the hotel in the heat! Very very sad as A I was looking forward to my stay and B I never , ever left a review like this before.
