「Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us.」

「Habitación silenciosa, cama muy cómoda, a 6 minutos andando del centro y limpia. De las dos fijaciones de la puerta de la ducha una está rota y hay que tener cuidado al correrla. Las cápsulas de la cafetera no corresponden a la cafetera y para encender el aire no hay indicaciones. Aún así hemos pasado un fin de semana a gusto y tranquilo.」
