"Great location, big garage, newly renovated facility, room is big and spacious with antique furnishings and fresco ceiling, staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, there were bunch of small defects in our room. 4 light bubs were broken, 2 jet sprays in shower were blocked and no water came out, towel bar under sink counter was missing. They were fixed the next day. The staffs said they never had so many issues with one room. I suggest hotel management should set a schedule, requires maids to check all facility in rooms once per week, to find issues and get fixed immediately, ensure everything works fine."

"Well, having travelled extensively for the past 13 years, this Hotel must be the coldest I have ever stayed in. It was December, but there was no heating on in the lobby area or the dining area so everyone had to wear coats or thick jumpers while eating their meals. The showers were not particularly hot either. The room temperature could only go up to 19 Degrees so by the time I left it finally felt warm enough. Don't think I will stay here again... Not in the winter anyhow.."

"We were looking for a quiet and tranquil location and this is it. Wonderful views from the magnificant gardens which surround the tastefully restored monastery. The exterior and interior have been tastefully renovated to the highest standard and our room was perfect. Yet the main contribution to our stay was the warmth and oustanding service that we received from the whole service team. We loved this hotel; we have travelled all around Europe and feel this is the best we have stayed in."
