"This is a great location in the city. It's closed to all amenities essential for a good holiday. Great service from Valerie at check-in as we were early. Bags was in the room when we came back."

"The room was just an average room. It was clean and well maintained. The restaurant was expensive and the food only okay. We picked this hotel for it's location in Auckland and were happy with that. It was close to food and snacks and the bus loop which was the #1 reason. No shuttle to the cruise dock and that would have been a bonus."

"It's an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were all kind and gracious. The bedrooms are spacious. Guests are provided with robes and slippers. We loved that they provided a shuttle to downtown and other places. A 5 overall@"
