「This hotel just got a revamp and new management The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. Room may need a microwave but there is one at reception. The new carpets are a great add on. We will come back - keep up the good work!」

「The customer service was top tier. This was the first time we received a call from reception after getting into our room, to check on us and make sure we were happy with the room. I don’t know if it’s a Cold Lake thing but based on that alone, we’ll be back. Breakfast was good and the customer service there as well was great. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The hot tub and pool area were very clean.」

「Have stayed here a couple times and always a good experience. It looks a little rough around the edges when you first arrive but the staff are all very friendly and the rooms are clean. They also come with a small kitchenette which is convenient and they have a cute little bubble tea shop in the office which I would highly recommend trying. It's great for the price you pay. 」

「Spent the weekend in Bonnyville to attend the Alberta Winter Games. The Western Budget hotel provided a great stay with excellent amenities, large clean room and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were kindly given a late checkout when requested. The prices were extremely reasonable. 」
