"Just not what we expected from a Hilton. Room seemed not well kept. Shower leaked during night and woke us up. Fire alarm went off twice and no one would answer the phone at front desk. Ended up walking down to see what was going on. Had to check out at 3:00 am to catch flight. Was told computers were updating and they couldn't give me final receipt for room. Despite various calls/emails since to the hotel, Expedia, and Hilton, never did receive final receipt. Unfortunate experience...

"Stayed here for 4d3n. Conveniently located right across a shopping complex and Starbucks as well as right next to tram line that takes you right to the city center. The surrounding area was quiet - which was nice. The room itself was clean and minimalistic in design. Huge windows and good AC. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms are slightly smaller than North American hotel rooms but found it to be a decent size for two people with a backpack and carryon each. Breakfast was alright,...

"This is a beautiful hotel, with a good location. The downfall is the extras needed when booking. I recommend booking through the actual Marriott app. For Expedia, I didn’t understand all the extra things like breakfast/ spa. We didn’t know breakfast wasn’t covered until the last day when they gave us the bill and we realized we had to paid the previous two times( if we knew we wouldn’t have ate there for breakfast at all). The spa is extra but the hot tub was broken. Again beautiful hotel but...
