Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge). "Check in was quick and easy and not far from this property. There is no front desk at the property as it is an apartment building, but the affiliated hotel where you check in is very close by. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. It was close to the grocery store restaurants and the waterfront so very easy to navigate. Beautiful views and great area!"

"This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....

"It was a great stay, hotel is very nice and situated in beautiful town. There are a lot of restaurants and few shops nearby. There is a possibility to play tennis, courts are in a good state, red clay surface. Also there are a lot of hiking routes you can do not far from the hotel. People who are working in Casa Gardola make this place really special, they are very friendly and always ready to help. ."

A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? "Perfect visit to an amazing place. Room was really unique, location spectacular. The young lady whom presented me the keys was exceptional. Only two let downs, was the 'surprise' EUR 60+ fee for cleaning. I was one person, sleep, shower and go. No mess, no fuss. Nothing was touched otherwise. Cleaning should not be an 'extra charge', why are you paying for the room? It goes with the hotel business. Also, as a business person, no internet or WiFi at all, was a big problem. I had alot...

"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code.
