"Good stay, room was clean, no issues. Good bathroom. I would stay here again, I like the toucans. Staff were great, friendly and were able to help. Parking is a little confusing it's both underground and to the left of the hotel and not included in the price for your room. "

"The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty, the staff was not interested at all to provide a pleasant customer experience. A stunning example is that staff took the elevator before us to transport dirty dishes. The breakfast was extremely messy with empty coffee machines, broken juice machines, empty yoghurt, other products. We had to find our own cuttlery and the staff was generally completely overwhelmed. For nearly 500 euro’s per night the quality was far, far from what is to be expected at those prices. The spa looked good but it was so crowded we decided not to go. The gym is equiped very well but the machines were, surprise- dirty. Really a shame because the venue is fantastic, but clearly very poorly managed"

"Stayed in the family room which was fine for four adults. Hotel newly refurbished and very clean. Good central location. Very handy for tram. Excellent breakfast with freshly made eggs. "

"I stayed six nights. Unfortunately, I was awakened on two consecutive nights by the presence of rodents/mice. On the first night, they ate small chocolate eggs that were placed on the bedroom windowsill. I gave these gnawed eggs to the front desk. The staff member was shocked and did not know what to say. The photos taken leave no room for doubt. On the second night, the rodents woke me up twice. They were gnawing at food packaging in the trash can (which does not have a lid). I believe I am entitled to expect better than this from such an establishment, especially given the price paid (more than 150 euros per night). It is truly disappointing that the hotel, after being notified, denied the problem and claimed—incorrectly, as shown with various photos —that there was no evidence of rodent activity. This attitude is disheartening. In addition to the inconvenience caused, the hotel management appeared to suggest that I somehow chewed on these chocolate eggs myself. I deeply regret that the hotel considered my issues unworthy of attention."
