「There was glass (bottles and broken bottles) in parking lot!!!! Using pool area, went out to patio, was locked out of facility because our key card did not open door to get back in.」

「The room itself was small. The pictures made it look a lot bigger than it was. The iron was hung on the wall next to one bed and there was no closet, it was literally a shelf over the minifridge. It was very clean though. However, it did have a bad smell to it from the AC unit and the shower did not spray properly. The worker when we first arrived was rude and condescending. The worker when we left was very sweet and had a smile on her face. In the pictures they make the breakfast bar look...

「Under construction with loud banging in the AM. Very humid in the room itself like the building wasn't being properly airconditioned. Im the room, there was a strange/moldy odor. Some of the staff were helpful, and let us switch rooms. The room cleaner found our tablet and made sure we got it back after switching rooms which was a life saver. One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the...
