「The building was undergoing some construction, which we wish we had known about before booking. However, it did not negatively affect our stay. The rooms were nice and clean, and the lobby was very well kept. The front desk staff was helpful and patient. We had a fairly large group, and at times our kids and group gathered in the lobby and it got a little loud. The staff handled it very professionally and politely asked us to keep the noise down when needed. Breakfast was decent overall,...

「The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was okay, but the heat was off when I got there in 17 degree weather, and took a while to warm up. The door only had the deadbolt and no other locks, so I didn't feel completely secure. Also, the floor around the bathroom was sunken in underneath the linoleum and felt like it would collapse eventually. 」

「The breakfast was very good and the attendant could not have been more friendly and attentive. After having to leave a different location due to power outage we chose this hotel for the pool for the children. After checking in we were told the pool was out of order. This should have been noted on the site. Overall a good stay, but can’t give 5 stars due to lack of communication.」
