"Great Location, but Expect Misleading Ads and Noise The Good: You can’t beat the location. It’s right on the strip and very easy to access all the main attractions. For the price, the convenience is definitely there. The Bad: Unfortunately, the "cons" were significant. False Advertising: The online photos show a hot tub, but there isn’t one on-site. Zero Security/Service: We stayed during a convention, and the hallways were full of drunk teenagers yelling well past midnight. The front desk did nothing until my wife threatened to call the police. Hidden Fees: They charge a mandatory $7/day housekeeping fee even if you decline the service. To top it off, they left an envelope in the room asking for tips for the cleaners. Charging a fee for a service I didn't want and then asking for a tip is a total rip-off. Verdict: Stay for the location, but don't expect the amenities or the peace and quiet you see online"

"For the price and stay in Gatlinburg it was pretty good. The whole polyester sheets making me hot was a downer, and the trash truck under my window every other day at 4 am was more than annoying. The room and property were spotlessly clean!"
