「It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.」

「Everything was excellent; - location in the old town - quiet area but minutes walk from all the attractions, shops and restaurants, - large, clean and well maintained room - staff helpfulness, - breakfast, with good selection of fresh produce, - rooftop bar and sitting area to retire to and soak up some sunshine. Staff are all wonderful and sorted beach clubs, restaurant reservations for us, we had a delay going out to Palma, I text them and they informed the beach club we would be arriving a little later than expected.
