"We had a wonderful time and the apartment is very well situated in the heart of Verona. There are a couple of bars below the apartment, but all music stopped at 10.30pm. The bars themselves are worth a visit. The bed was very comfortable and the entire apartment is well furnished (there is no air dryer so remember to bring one, or go without) I would definitely visit again and would recommend the apartment without hesitation. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake. "It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...

"That was our first visit to Verona and we had a brilliant time.Hotel San Luca was great and exceeded our expectations.Location was perfect for exploring the town but at same time it’s positioned in a quiet street so it very peaceful..It was convenient for reaching train station quickly and easily too.Room was good size,very clean and modern.Bed was really comfortable and we had a great night sleep.We stayed for two nights and after the first one room was cleaned and tidied which surprised us pleasantly.Breakfast was very delicious and abundant including sweet(croissants,cakes,muffins) and savoury(cheeses,ham,salami,spreads)food.Excellent selection of bread rolls,muesli,jams and drinks.Staff and especially Milena was amazing,friendly and helpful and answered all our questions.We couldn’t ask for better experience!"
