The hotel is conveniently located near Tenmonkan. The staff are very courteous, and the facilities are newly renovated and well-maintained. I have stayed here twice already and would be pleased to return in the future.

The rooms are very spacious for Japanese standards. It is also in an extremely convenient location, as it is part of the main Kagoshima-Chuo station, which has a bus loop and taxi pickup/dropoff areas.

The room was small but clean, all the staff were very helpful.
The location was excellent and close to shops, restaurants and airport shuttle bus stop.
Only downside was it has no laundry facilities. Also it would be great help if there were some hang rails for hanging things with.
