「Superb service from all the staff and the best part is breakfast can also be served in room! Room was big and newly renovated, highly recommended to stay here if you want a chateau experience but with a modern touch. 」

「总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善」

「服務人員專業有禮，房間較小但還算舒適。但由於房間緊臨樹木，蚊子多。住宿期間正好波爾多氣溫溫暖，但房間內無法開冷氣，所以有點小熱，只好開門，但一開門又會有蚊子跑進來。算是最大的無奈。飯店餐廳的食物倒是超乎預期，值得讚賞。」

「This hotel was simply perfect for us. It was convenient to the older part of the city. There are little restaurants nearby, as well as a small grocery store. The people who worked there were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and pleasant. They actually saved our trip, when the train people went on strike suddenly on the day we were supposed to leave. We were so grateful for their help and knowledge.」
