「Everyone was amazing! I went with my daughter for one night on our way home and I wish I could remember the woman's name who worked the desk when we got there but she was so incredible. So nice and welcoming. I was so nervous staying somewhere alone with my daughter and she made the entire experience feel so safe. I couldn't be more thankful. ❤️ The rooms were clean, the breakfast was yummy!」

「I booked and paid for a king suite online and upon arrival I had been downgraded to a double queen suite. Granted still suite, however I don't like the tiny little beds. I sleep in a king at home therefore I want a king when I'm traveling for vacation. The lady at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do that they were booked up she couldn't explain why I was downgraded. I explain to her I already had paid online in full for my sweet showed her my receipt but once again she said...

「For the money, it was a great value. The only thing I could say in a negative way was they had no soap in the shower container but other than that, it was fully equipped with towels great bed mattress and air-conditioning was wonderful.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The property was behind everything else and the road without clearly marked access to get to. The pool wasn’t usable. When I left and asked for a receipt I was told it would be sent by email.」

「The first room given to us was not ready to be moved in. Still had the last residents towels, garbage, and bed sheets in the room. The front desk staff made it right though by giving us an upgraded room with no extra charge. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay.」

「This is by far the best ever hotel to stay at. Staff was very polite and respectful. Our family travels every other year to Augusta for Church conference. Even though we were there for 2 nights, it was well worth. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, full kitchen was well maintained. Outside was well maintained also. Front desk and front waiting area were very clean. I will stay here again on my next family trip.」

「There is no pool for your kids. The breakfast is incredibly disappointing. The room was not clean. Urine on the bathroom floor. I would not recommend this place unless you just need an inexpensive place to sleep for the night. Not memorable at all」
