「The staff was very friendly. Rooms clean and everything worked good. The hotel is in the middle of renovations so there are rooms being worked on. I would advise to try and get a room that has completed renovation...mattresses are more comfortable. I've stayed here 2 times now. Staff is really sweet. Huddle House across the road, nice folks there as well. Good budget choice!」

「Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators...
