"While I was checking in, the clerk answered the phone “welcome to the greatest Hampton Inn in the world. How may I exceed your expectations? “ I laughed about it at the time as the sort of thing companies teach their employees as a standard greeting. Turns out they might be right. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The facility was clean and up-to-date. Tons of amenities. The kicker for me is when I saw a man ask the front desk person about where they might be able to buy a belt...

"It was good over all. The breakfast was not wonderful. Bagels were hard and seemed old, couldn't get it apart so just threw it away."

"The hotel is nice and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room cleaning is only done upon request as such we would have liked bigger or more garbage bins as we shopped at the outlet store and had a lot of extra packaging to get rid off. Short staffed. The receptionist is on her own to deal with check-ins as well as and issues with the room. The individual preparing breakfast was also on her to take orders, cook, wait on customers and clean up."
