"It is not definitely worth 5 star experience. The hotel rooms were poorly maintained. Th checkin process was awful and the staff had no care about customer experience nor the manager. The breakfast was pretty average and the staff were not helpful. Will not recommend this to families"

"It took the staff more than 35 minutes to check us in. They said room was getting ready. And also it took them nearly 90 minutes to send the luggage to our room after 2 phone calls"
