Very charming little hotel

It was such a charming little hotel with moviestar-theme everywhere. I was very close to the main square and in walking distance to the most interesting sights and yet in very quiet area. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. I can highly recommend Urban Dreams.

Die Unterkunft war was sehr besonderes, Marcel sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf Wünsche würde sofort eingegangen. Klasse war auch die Möglichkeit sich jeder Zeit einen Kaffee machen zu können. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank.

L'emplacement est bien situé dans un quartier calme, à 3 minutes à pied de la grande place. Il est possible de visiter facilement la ville à pied de l'hôtel ou de louer un vélo de la ville à 5 euros pour 24 h (la station est à 1 minute à pied d'Urban Dreams). Le petit déjeuner proposé est varié et sain mais en supplément (12,50 €). Le lieu est parfait pour vous si vous êtes fan de Marilyn Monroe, Brigitte Bardot ou Audrey Hepburn !!

Accueil parfait, chambre parfaite avec très jolie vue sur Eglise St Paul, très calme. Rien à redire et à conseiller sauf l'escalier menant aux chambres dangereux pour des personnes avec difficultés pour marcher

Kleines Zimmer, keine richtige Trennwand zwischen Nasszelle und Schlafraum. Am Morgen tropfte Wasser aus der Deckenlampe ! Zugang zum Zimmer mühsam. Aktive Baustelle direkt neben dem B&B. Parkhaus in der Nähe. Nähe Zentrum.

Charmant, liebevoll, zentral

Ein total süsses, charmantes und liebevoll gestaltetes B&B in einem älteren Haus im Zentrum von Antwerpen. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sprechen unter anderem Deutsch und sind sehr lieb & hilfsbereit. Die Wendeltreppe zu den Zimmern ist etwas schmal, mit dem Gepäck muss man ein bisschen zirkeln. Die Zimmer sind tiptop ausgestattet, der kleine Elektrokamin sorgt für eine gemütliche Stimmung. Das Bad ist das kreativste, das ich bisher auf meinen Reisen gesehen habe. Wir können das B&B uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

niet voor herhaling vatbaar

1 overnachting 'special deal' maar helaas niet het geld en discussie waard. Je krijgt in totaal 3 e-mails na je reservering met een hoop informatie maar waarin niets staat over de extra kosten of welke kamer je nou precies krijgt. Bij aankomst werden we gewezen op de toeristenbelasting (ons natuurlijk wel bekend), dit moesten wij per se cash betalen. We kregen de kamer op de BG, achterin voorbij de keuken, waardoor wij alle bezoekers hoorden thuis komen en luid konden horen kletsen vanaf 's ochtends vroeg (met de opzichter zelf nog wel!) Onze kamer was prima met een goed bed, er was echter geen deur naar het badkamertje en een heel klein raampje die wel open móest na het douchen want alles werd vochtig. Eenmaal bij het simpele ontbijt (op de foto ziet het er veel smakelijker uit) zei mevr dat ze 'was vergeten te noemen dat er nog 25 euro bij komt voor het parkeren'. Dat is absurd en naar ons gevoel een voorop gezet plannetje, we waren 's avonds laat gearriveerd. Iedereen weet dat je om de hoek gratis kan parkeren op de kaaien, maar als dit wordt aangeboden alsof het bij de overnachting/service hoort - waarom niet? Wij waren het hier niet mee eens en hebben nog in alle correspondentie in de mail gezocht of dit ergens stond aangegeven: dat was niet zo en in eerste instantie liet mevrouw het gaan. Later bleek dit bij de kleine lettertje op de zeer onoverzichtelijk website te staan: erg onduidelijk dus zet dat in die 3 mails! Met 15 eur akkoord moesten we 11u weg zijn, nou graag

Interesting and good value

Great place to stay in Antwerp. Quirky and a change from the usual accommodation. Check in was easy, great breakfast, room comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay. Would recommend to anyone able to manage a steep staircase which is a feature in Antwerp.

Sehr außergewöhnliche Einrichtung . Hat Spaß gemacht . Die Treppe erfordert eine gute Konstitution, da sehr eng und ungleichmäßig . Top ist die Betreuung . Freudlicher Empfang und Service mit lokalen Tipps . Das Frühstück nimmt man in der Küche ein mit Blick auf einen Platz .Dieser ist sehr ruhig . In 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt . In einer an der Schelde. Sehr schön : Es stand immer Wasser und Kaffee zur Verfügung . Unbedingt die Kirche St.Paul gegenüber anschauen. Steht nicht im Reiseführer , aber absolut sehenswert .

旧市街から近い良いロケーションでした。レトロでチャーミングなインテリアが魅力的でした。 部屋の暖房は手動でしたが、調節が出来て快適でした。街中なのに落ち着く、静かで快適なB&Bでした。 エレベーターは無く螺旋階段なので、大きなスーツケースを持っていると厳しいです。 朝食が９時からなので、少し遅いと思います。（早く出発する場合は置いてあるものを自由に食べて良いと言われ、問題はありませんでしたが。） チェックインは少し難しかったです。例えば、Hotels.comで予約時「別の場所でチェックインするように」との指示があり、その場所（別のホテル）へ行ったら閉まっていて、結局電話して迎えに来ていただかなければならず。（早く予約し過ぎたせいかもしれませんが。）

zentral gelegenes B&B - gemütliches, lockeres Ambiente - gutes Frühstück - sehr netter Empfang - wir haben einen der gebührenpflichtigen Parkplätze am Haus erwischt, aber Parkhaus wäre in der Nähe / einziges Manko: Bad+Toilette sind leider nicht "schalldicht" vom Zimmer abgetrennt

Top locatie voor een paar dagen centrum Antwerpen

Leuke B&B aan de rand van het oude centrum van Antwerpen. Door de check-in mogelijkheid bij een naburig hotel was dit ook makkelijk. Fijne schone kamer en douche. Het matras had betere tijden gekend, maar voor een paar dagen..... 's Ochtends een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, ook toen we daar slechts met 2 stellen gebruik van maakten. Kortom, wat ons betreft een aanrader.

Sehr schön und individuell. Tolle Lage-ruhig und mittendrin. Man sollte sich gut kennen, denn der Nassberich und die Toilette im Raum waren nur optisch getrennt; nicht akustisch (keine Tür)

quirky but excellent

This is a very quirky venue, with various memorabilia and Marilyn photos around and a twisty, narrow, windy staircase up to the rooms. So if you have mobility issues, this is not the B&B for you (maybe the ground floor would be okay). However, it has a ton of charm, was quiet, incredibly well-located, with a lovely included breakfast. I had a large room with a kitchenette and a modern bathroom for what I felt was a very reasonable price. The staff was definitely friendly and sweet. I would definitely consider staying here again!
