very bad experience in this hotel

the toilet is broken, shower is broken, room is cold. The worst thing is, I left the room early when I check out, as they don't have reception, they told me they will send me the invoice by E-mail, But when i came back, i called and E-mail them lots of times but they don't send me the invoice.
Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2017
