"I had a nice clean spacious room on the 5th floor which overlooked Hoe Park. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was a nice size TV. I kept hearing frequent thump sounds that I found VERY annoying but couldn’t work out where it was coming from. On one night there was a family in the adjoining room making a lot of noise. The doors are very clunky which again I found annoying, and the flimsy ‘Do not disturb’ door hangers kept falling off the door handle which was annoying and resulted in my room being missed for room service as I must have put it back on the wrong way. "

"Parking is now out sourced and £12 a day parking under the hotel with easy access to reception, I have stayed here many times as location is excellent, our room this time was a lot smaller than previous Plenty of choice for breakfast "

"Staff were friendly. Room ok, bath/shower was small, not easy to use. Disappointed, as would of liked a bath after travelling. Food was good."

"Stayed here before and view is awesome but the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear, dirty grout in bathroom tiles , shower connector broken and you had shower option only not bath, shower head dripped all night, sink plug all corroded, no dishwasher , kettle full of limescale,bed sinks in the middle and awful. "

"Such a gem of a place, tucked in overlooking the sea, I couldn't have been happier with my stay. Staff are lovely, food was delicious, an extremely relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend the Wilcove Inn"
