"As expected, the establishment was very dated. My first impression of the room gave me buyer’s remorse. However, the facility was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and the beach was beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is just looking for a safe and clean affordable place to lay their head while they enjoy the beach. "

"Beautiful property! Great beach location. Enjoyed all the pools, the shuffle board and the daily activities . Definitely take advantage of the special restaurants on the property for dinner and lunch. Also book your excursions on the property because they are great deals! The drinks were excellent, food was way better than most all-inclusive and the staff was incredible. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to coming back! "

"Definitely would stay her again the room/ property was very clean the staff was very nice and friendly very close to a lot of things and especially the airport the only thing I would recommend a lil entertainment every now and then I also didn’t really like the food on the resort way overpriced I went off the resort to eat and and also there is a lot of mosquitoes which I know is out of the resorts control"

"The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs, call out to George and Kris! The food was very good at the restaurant. Beach was calm and serene, in a cove. There are a lot of steps and elevations on this property, so if you book, best to be in shape physically to have the best experience. Overall, beautiful built on the mountain and gorgeous sunsets."

"Check in to the resort was smooth and seamless. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day! The rooms are super clean. I would change the bathroom amenities because the shampoo and body wash are not great. The pool is amazing and large. I snorkeled in the bay and saw a few fish. The view at night is amazing! The only thing I will say that needs improvement is the food. The restaurant staff are friendly, however, the food is not great. I had two dinners out of the 6 nights there, that I actually enjoyed. It’s all inclusive, but don’t get confused with other all inclusive resorts because at this one, you can’t get multiple dishes. One appetizer, one main, and one dessert. The nicest thing about it, is that it’s sit down service. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Me and my partner had a wonderful time celebrating my 45th birthday at the Verandah. I met some of the best people. I have to give an honorable mention to Jensen in watersports at lovers beach, as he made our day everyday and also (Elvis or OlivisI believe that’s how you say it, the best bartender ever who made me feel special everyday and had the best positive attitude. Always greeted with a smile! Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning. So many people to mention/ the guys who drive the golf carts very pleasant and welcoming. Front desk crew/ very helpful. I love you had everything you needed right there! We enjoyed our stay"

"The room views are great, especially the rooms higher up the hill. Everyone was very polite. The rooms and common areas were always clean. Service was slow at times, and fine at times. Island time I guess. The beach was not crowded and there were no vendors hassling you near the resort area. The food was decent, but we had better venturing out to some other restaurants. Good enough when you wanted to remain at the resort. It seems like this was designed to be adults only, but there were some kids around. Overall, it is as advertised and one of the nicer places. Glad we stayed there. "
