Room was very nice but needed Air Con. Balcony lovely, view awful and really glad we didn't have a ground floor apartment. Pool area way too busy and loud, luckily the weather was great which allowed us to go to the beach each day.

Great rooms. Everywhere really clean and not overcrowded. Only slight negative was evening meals. Lots of dishes but all very similar. Cocktails outstanding!!

Great family hotel

Fantastic hotel for families. Food was great, staff were friendly. Kids spent hours enjoying the pool. Entertainment staff were great too. Room was clean and well equipped. We would go back if we visit Fuertaventura again.

The hotel has since had an uplift from our previous visit which was much needed, the rooms are nicely furnished and spacious, there’s plenty of area for sunbathing with 3 pooos but it lacks features, some shrubbery/trees would break up the mass expanse

Location of property is ideal only a few mins walk into the centre for supermarket and restaurants and bars. We had first floor room at back of complex with sunbeds tables and chair on balcony. Reception lady very friendly on arrival, only had cleaners once during our short stay but that wasn’t a problem for us. Nice kitchen and lounge area but not much equipment if you were cooking evening meals but plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t use the pools so can’t comment but looked nice.

Excellent again (our 4th all-inclusive visit over 8 years). Minor points for improvement could be: Hotter food (although microwave is available). Warmer swimming pool. More adult activities again (shooting, archery etc.)

Very clean and modern apartment, cleaned every day. Good facilities, good play area in swimming pool for children. Two pools, one unheated and this was generally where the adults could sunbathe in peace and quiet away from children area where water features were noisy. Good entertainment for families. Food was very good, also had supermarket on site which wasnt overpriced. Walking distance to bars and restaurants for entertainment, and also to beach and marina. Overall a great place to stay

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in December. The hotel rooms are scattered around a large complex which can be a bit confusing at first. We stayed in a Premium room which cost a bit more but it was worth it as it was a bit high up and had a balcony/terrace. The room was lovely and clean, modern and spacious with all the usual amenities. Big bathroom with a separate bath and shower, the odd thing we fund was the fact that there was no door leading to the bathroom, just an archway where the shower, bath and sink were located, only the toilet had a separate door. The hotel is in a good location, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a large pool area with plenty of sun loungers and 3 pools, one of which is heated. The resort where the hotel is situated, Caleta De Fuste is very close to the airport which makes it convenient to getting to and from the airport but it is on the flight path so be warned for plenty of aircraft flying over which can be a good thing if you are a plane spotter!

Did like the room was clean and plenty of hot water at all times. Plenty of sunbeds available although the usual muppets booked their beds with towels in the morning then didn't occupy beds until after 2:00pm usually. Hotel should do something about this! Didn't like late check in. We arrived at 11:30am. Was from 2:00pm onwards according to paperwork I received but hotel staff said after 4:00pm. Were to phone us when room was ready but never did. Left hotel for few hours and sat in Reception for 45 minutes on return until asking again. Room was ready and other staff member cheekily said to my face at desk to take this conversation as my phone call! Also no hotel supplied towels for sunbeds so had to buy them. Some food at breakfast was cold as it is left lying instead of being cooked on request.

Unbearably hot room. One ceiling fan in the apartment and our room was 34°c on arrival and didn’t get below 30°c (travelling with a 2 year old, temperature shown on baby monitor). No ventilation and windows and doors were not very secure (didn’t close/lock properly and if they did, became impossible to open). Pools were nice and the kids water play area was really good. Downside was that it wasn’t cleaned throughout the day, so there was a big buildup of rubbish/cups/plates. Room lacked any basic amenities. Self catering apartment and we weren’t supplied any washing up liquid or even a cloth/sponge for dishes. Questionable if they had ever been cleaned. Our room was “cleaned” once during the 8 days (beds made, but nothing else) and we had towels replaced twice. Area around the hotel/outside the front was scattered with e-scooters making get a buggy in/out difficult. The glass barrier surround the steps/slope up to the hotel was smashed and just taped up with cardboard. There was broken glass and rubbish outside the front. Staff on reception were pleasant but not very helpful. After raising the same issues 3 times it finally got sorted (smelly drains in our room and broken outside light). I question the 3 star rating, even though some of their signs still advertise them as a 4 star (would give them 2 at best)! Directly under the flight path so very noisy. The safety deposit box is €3 a day. You don’t have an enclosed/private area. Will not be returning.
