Wir haben für 3 Nächte ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool auf der Terasse gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool im Zimmer. Nach 4 Stunden Diskussion und Aufregung wurde eine „Lösung“ gefunden. Bei Expedia stand Check-In um 12:00 Uhr. Im Hotel hieß es erst 15:00 Uhr. Das Essen ist geschmackslos, oft kalt und immer das selbe. Mein Mann und ich hatten oft Bauchkrämpfe nach dem Essen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Der Pool wird ungenügend gesäubert. Das Servicepersonal ist mal so mal so gelaunt. Also das das ein 4-5 Sterne Hotel sein soll. Never ever! Die einzigen, die hier super lieb und freundlich waren, war das Housekeeping! Wir haben so viel Geld verschwendet. Dieses Hotel ist keinen Cent wert. Nie wieder!!!

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. There was a slight faff the first 24 hours getting a suitable room, but we were upgraded to a lovely 8th floor room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony, which we all enjoyed (the kids loved it!). The room was good, lovely monsoon shower. Most of the minibar drinks were not to my taste (mostly fizzy drinks and beer), but there were always quite a few bottles of water. Shame not large glass bottles to cut down on plastic waste. There were several pools, all pretty cold, I guess that's just timing of the year but would be nice if at least one was heated. The beach area is very nice, a good pontoon, loads of seating and shade. The sea was a bit warmer. The restaurants serve a fairly good mix of food - one mostly focuses on snacks by day (hamburger, hot dogs), dished out on plastic plates that don't look reusable or recyclable, sadly. The one by the beach serves wrap/kebabs and also choices of hot foods. I found it was fairly easy to eat a balanced diet and not too much junk, very important for me and my children. The staff would also come around with trays and trolleys, offering ice cream, juice, raw carrots, wraps. Some go around on Rollerblades, which my daughter loved! The slides were good and varied, something for every age. My hubby and I enjoyed the big wavy slides, they absolutely catapult you off the bottom! We also dared to do the taco ride, the staff member told me 'perhaps today is the day you die' just beforehand, eek!!!

올인클루시브호텔을 제대로 이용할수 있는 최상의 호텔인것 같습니다. 그냥 먹고, 즐기고, 쉬고. 그냥 힐링이 됩니다. 너무나 멋진 전용해변, 워터파크수준의 슬라이드, 몇개인지 모를 수영장, 곳곳에 있는 식당,바,직원들이 부담될정도로 너무 친절합니다. 그냥 파라다이스에 와서 쉬면서 사육? 당하는 느낌이랄까. 왜냐면 호텔온갖곳에 먹을것이 널려있어요. 그냥 달라는데로 묻지도 따지지도 않고 줍니다. 숙박비에 모두 포함. 객실에 미니바 매일매일 꽉꽉 채워놓는데, 먹기가 싫을정도. 객실밖에서 먹을수있는데 늘려있는데. 체크인2시지만 오전에 가서 호텔시설 공짜로 이용. 룸은 자꾸지텐라스로 무료업그레이드, 레이트체크아웃은 그냥 원하는데로. 뷔페식당에뉴는 수백가지메뉴.뭘 먹을지 고민. 24시간 먹고 쉬고, 즐기고, 그냥 사육? 당하는 느낌. 동양인 한명도 못봤음. 전부 러시아.유럽인. 여기가 왜 유럽인의 최고의 휴양지인지 알수있음.
