I want to sincerely thank Ms. Margarita and Mr. Bilgehan for their outstanding professionalism and genuine care. Their efforts made my short stay smooth and problem-free. Without them, I would have left the hotel on the first day.
Unfortunately, the same level of care does not extend to the hotel’s overall management. The property is overcrowded with large tour groups, making it feel chaotic and uncomfortable. Finding a place to sit or even walk around is difficult, and the restaurants are loud, packed, and poorly organized. Cleanliness is below acceptable standards, and the entire environment lacks the refinement expected from a hotel of this category.
The food quality was especially disappointing—industrial, tasteless, and clearly mass-produced. I experienced stomach issues twice during my stay, raising serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
In its current state, the hotel feels more like a crowded transit hub than a relaxing getaway. There is a strong focus on profit, with little attention paid to guest comfort or quality service. Unless major changes are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers seeking peace, space, or a refined experience.
