"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, especially as it was meant to be a special trip to celebrate my 21st birthday. From the beginning of the stay, the room was unbearably hot and uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to sleep properly. Even with the fan on full power and the window opened as far as possible, the temperature remained far too warm throughout the night. I contacted reception for assistance, but unfortunately the issue was not handled professionally. It took several attempts to get through by phone, and when I requested a fan, the staff member struggled to understand me and came across as rude during the interaction. Although a fan was eventually provided, it made very little difference. When I explained that the room was still far too hot and uncomfortable, the staff member simply laughed and offered no further assistance or solution. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of comfort, poor sleep, and disappointing customer service significantly affected what should have been an enjoyable and memorable birthday getaway. Sadly, this was not the experience I expected, and I would not choose to stay here again."
