Staff was amazing

The photos do not do this property justice. It was maintained to perfection and the staff was available for whatever requests you had. I felt safe the entire time and there were plenty of offsite excursions as well as just staying in to enjoy the view from your room. There was plenty to do on the property alone, from hiking to morning yoga to visiting the spa or just reading a book in the treehouse or a hammock. Food at the restaurant was excellent and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. The menu for dinner rotated every couple days and we had the opportunity to try other restaurants in the area. We are definitely going to return to the property again.

The property is starting to age. Pool edge had tile issues, hot tub had some wires exposed where i believe the switch was supposed to be, walking path had some stones missing. The staff was friendly for the most part. One of the bartenders was not very happy person and it was hard to order at times. First day we didn't know we needed to sign for our order and she approached us next day expressing how we were wrong. Beach is nice and close but the view is compromised by a blow up obstacle course in the water. The gym was ok. One of the 2 treadmills was not working. We did ask a couple times each day for a extra wash cloth and never got one. On a day we were at the resort I had to get one myself from the crew. The following day the
