「The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. 」

「Great place to stay, clean room, helpful staff, scrumptious breakfast」

「Good service, good hotel, stay here frequently when zi visit Dagupan for Business and Ministry」

「This is a nice, larger hotel. The room was large, bathroom, and especially the walk in shower was larger, with quickly available hot water, and custom shower head wall. Nice breakfast by the indoor pool, which is also close to the bar. Cable TV, with live local channels and a few movie channels (HBO). Only downsides were the limited street parking, and the room smelled like chemicals or recently painted with a strong paint. Please use Low VOC paints in guest rooms」

「Propre, confortable」

「Friendly and accommodating staff, service with a smile and prompt attention. Very nice.」

「None」

「Someone teenager met us at hotel. No amenities but has to ask as no soap, shampoo/ conditioner or wash towel. Have to wait when checking out as nobody at office or reception even at night. Pay for third person but no pillow and blanket/ towel. Never check in or book here. 」
