「Firstly, i paid for a non smoking room, the room smelled like straight musty cigarette. Secondly they dont clean the rooms, the sheets looked like they were just slept in. Bed was ancient and half broken. Mattress was disgusting with a sheet that looked 10 years old. I slept fully clothed and with a sweatshirt with the hood up so none of my skin touched any part of the trifling bed. Thirdly, on my last night, i came back to my room to find someone else in the room. They rented my room to someone...

「I loved everything about our stay at Bernard’s Inn. The room and bath were very clean! The bed slept great! The hotel common areas were very well kept and you always saw someone mopping or cleaning windows. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel desk clerk even carried our bags up to our room while my husband parked the car. That was very kind of him. The location is fantastic and convenient to walking to everything. We will definitely be back! 」
