The staff member Dawn is great and deserves to be a general manager. The hotel is gross! Vomit in elevator and whole hotel stinks. It’s nothing more than a homeless shelter full of odor and mold. Very out dated. Best rate in town for a good reason.

The description and pictures didn’t match what I saw online. I thought we were gonna stay in a cute little Victorian inn.The bed was clean. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub, which looked nice, we didn’t use it though. Our toilet didn’t flush. The exterior of the motel was pretty run down. For Ann Arbor, I thought it would be in better shape

The facility is outdated and needs a deep cleaning. We went to Walmart and bought sheets and blankets because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets on the bed. There wasn’t a light or lamp in our living room. When we entered the room It was dark and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the light on. There was a lamp in the bedroom but not in living room area. The staff was polite.

Room smelled of smoke Lamps didn’t work and the desk perso gave ma light bulb which wasn’t the right bulb for the lamp Another worker was very good, replaced the lamps Towels in the room were the size of a dish towel. The second worker gave me true bath towels and promised me a better room for tomorrow The desk perso had no clue about this or what was a better room
