Situado em uma região muito boa, com supermercado, drogarias e comércio em geral muito próximo. Sem falar que, para quem está vindo para o festival, a distância de carro é muito próxima. "Muito bem cuidado o loft. Anfitrião foi gentil em permitir que entrasse cerca de 2h antes do checki em razão de um compromisso pessoal. Cortinas não são black out, então o amanhecer e claridade penetra no imóvel logo ao amanhecer. Não possui gaagem (Acho que anúncio dizia q tinha), tem de estacionar na frente do predio ou próximo.
Em relação a localização é muito boa em relação a rodoviária da cidade (1 quadra) mas a rua é um pouco barulhenta. A acústica do prédio deixa a desejar."

"This property was a huge disappointment.
The kitchen was completely unusable - cups, plates, and pans were dirty and greasy, many were damaged, and the drawers were broken.
The entire area felt unhygienic and was crawling with cockroaches. Because of this, I couldn’t prepare any meals and had to spend extra money on online food delivery every day, which was not part of my budget. This not only increased my costs but also caused great inconvenience during my stay.
