Spent a couple of days at this hotel and overall was a good experience. Hotel is right in the middle of everything. You can literally go walking distance to various locations. Hotel inside very clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room smelling so good. Clean sheets, towels, replenish always with shampoo &soap. My only gripe was that hotel personal did not spek English. I ended up using google translate to resolve this inconvenience. Hotel surroundings outside need some work since some sidewalks are craked or broken.

I would say that doesn’t make sense. The fridge is loaded with beer, but no one bottle of water. Really? If I’m thirsty at night should I have a beer? I think all the staff, front desk, breakfast area, they’re not allowed to smile. No one smiles, never.

The hotel is very good, the staff are wonderful, especially a maid named Andreia, she is very wonderful, everything is very clean, but the internet in the hotel is very bad and I my opinion the mattress to be old and a little smell mold in the room. the breakfast is excellent. I think it just needs some minor improvements to be the hotel is very good.

The location is great,. The place is clean and the people were very nice. Breakfast wasn't very good. Not much of a selection. The cakes and bread were dry, tasteless. Only eggs for a salty choice, the rest were all sweets.

Old facilities. Parking lot small. A/c I. The lobby was off. They don’t provide device to support with the luggage’s. The windows are not noise cancel so you can hear all the noises from the traffic during the night. As they are located near to the fire fighters station, in emergencies you can her the sirens sounds from the ambulances.

Serviço correto, mas sem muito cuidado ou interesse em fazer a estadia mais agradável. Avenida muito barulhenta ao lado do corpo de bombeiros e quartos sem nenhum tratamento para esta situação causam bastante dificuldade para se dormir. Roupa de cama menor que a necessária para a cama fazia com que inevitavelmente se acordasse dormindo direto no colchão. Não foi uma boa experiência no geral.

Quarto muito limpo. Roupas de cama excelentes. Piso de vinílico. Vista linda para a cidade e quarto extremamente grande e confortável. Amenidades boas. Frigobar com produtos bons. Estacionamento um pouco apertado, mas tinha opção descoberta com vagas maiores. Café da manhã fresco e com bastante opções. A única coisa que me incomodou foi a cama muito mole, mas parecia ser nova. No geral, achei o hotel muito bom, mas para quem tem dificuldade para dormir pode ser um pouco incômodo porque as janelas não cedam o barulho externo e está localizado em uma região central e com muita circulação de veículos e pessoas.
