「We like the place. We used parking near the house, europark 7 euro/24h. Apparment is new, comfortable bed. I like self check in. Nice view. Good soundproof. Modern design. Kitchen has everything you need. I also like my fitness gym. We like neighborhood. Pet friendly. There was bad(not powerful) hairdryer. No iron for shirt ironing. No vacuum cleaner. W」

「优点：1.桑拿小屋很划算，私人空间，一小时只要15欧 2.海景真的太美啦！ 3.如果住海景房的话，走几十秒就可以享受泳池和小温泉实在很方便 4.门口有两个很不错的餐馆，上档次且美味缺点： 1.如果住玻璃小屋的话网速不是很好 2.因为是中控暖气所以没有办法调控，地暖太热了，晚上很难以入睡 3.checkin速度不佳，建议改进 4.厕所很小，不方便」

「Katja was very helpful on WhatsApp before and during the trip with requests and queries. We loved having access to the rooftop terrace and the view of the old town. Size of the apartment was great and the kitchen was well equipped. My only suggestion would be that, for rooms with access to the rooftop through a skylight, it would be good to offer in advance the possibility of covering the skylight for light sleepers like me. 「白色的现代装修风格，各种家电齐全，女接待员热情友好，房间很温馨，干净！自己出来旅行或者情侣出来都很适合。周围有个很大购物中心走到古城也是十分钟吧。价格还很合理。」

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」

「Don’t trust that you can temporarily leave your luggage at the key pickup location. Storage at the key pickup location only allow a small bag not luggage. So you will feel trouble when you arrive the key pickup location before checkin time.」
