Location is very comfortable. Furniture is pretty old, but overall clean. Unfortunately breakfast moved from the restaurant to the cellar, and lost in optic and also quality.

This was a very nice hotel with attentive staff. It is located within the old town so there was so much that was very close--including just outside of old town. The only downside was my window faced a sort of back ally that was secured for use of the hotel and restaurant only (no stragglers used it). Sadly there were times I would have my windows open and have to shut them because of someone smoking stinky cigarettes below. Other than that--it was a perfect stay there.

Nice hotel, exceptional value for money

Nice hotel located just inside the old city walls, with large rooms, maybe slightly dated, but exceptional value for money. Friendly staff, and a great bakery/cafe underneath called Rukis which did great breakfasts. Would definitely stay again

The double room I booked was very small and the bed was tired and not particularly comfortable. The shower was fine, however, and the hotel is conveniently situated for the old town. I thought the cost was pretty exorbitant considering that it didn’t include breakfast.

Tallinn in May

Had business in Tallinn and decided to try Rixwell. Location is very good in the old town, close to both restaurants, bars and shopping. I think it is quite torn and need renovation. Staff is doing their job but could and should be much more friendly. Poor breakfast with swedish measures, but it will take you through the day.

The city center - a great stay in the vicinity of dining, shopping, and old town places. The room I received was rather small, but okay for a night or two. The bed was comfortable and clean. The rug and the floor covers looked dated and ready to be replaced. The staff was courteous and helpful.
