"We could not even check in. The lobby was dark and the door was locked with a "closed" sign on it. Need a refund of amount charged. Later learned that property is being renovated room by room. Saw broken windows, etc. as we drove around the place. Looked awful. Need that refund."

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the bath products are lovely smelling, and there is plenty of room in the dining/sitting area and outside by the firepit to relax and socialize or read . The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. The private woodland setting is a wonderful base for visiting the area.
