"Since arriving room smell like there was a gas leak. On the 2nd day it was stronger the gentlemen when asked to help he said he did smell any gas. I had other guest with me that definitely smelled the gas. Then gentlemen let me know I’ll just turn off the furnace. Never admitting there was a gas problem. Also, the pool was advertised as heated this was not true. Pond was extremely dirty."

"Ice machines were all out of order. Lots of dog poop around the facility. 2 rooms and both had bugs. Son got bug bites all over his back. Keys had to be re done because they stopped accessing the room. Had a friwnd that also got bug bites in his room. 1st room the doora would not lock for security at night. Walls in bathroom had obvious water damage. Ae left before our 4 day stay was over and rhey would not reimburse. Very bad experience!"
