「This property is amazing!!!!!!! From the time we arrived to the time we left, we had a great time!!! They were very accommodating for us - let us check in early, let us join a last minute tour, and made our anniversary very special. We enjoyed the night hike, day hike, and coffee/chocolate tour. The hot springs were amazing and an added bonus with 2 slides!!!」

「This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service.」

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans.
Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」

「Sehr schöne Dschungel Lodge. Kein AC aber Ventilator ausreichend. Bequeme Betten. Tolle warme Thermen. Bad und Dusche etwas beengt.
Frühstück gut, aber leider nur 1 Kaffee inklusive. Abendessen sehr lecker. Servicepersonal aufmerksam und schnell. Wer mitten im Dschungel ein paar Tage verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Da die Hütten nicht hermetisch dicht sind, können auch mal Käfer hereinschauen.」
