"The floors were not cleaned at all in the room we stayed. They were very strict and dirty. Where the coffee tray was was also very sticky underneath. It was clear the room was only cleaned around areas and not actually throughly cleaned. "

"Check in and rooms were fine. Cops were called twice while we were there. I wish we knew the pool was closed, it’s listed on their website but I didn’t see it on hotels.com so that’s my fault. During check out the front desk lady acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for her to make me a key to grab our car keys that we thought we forgot in the room. Overall, not terrible but wouldn’t stay there again. "

"There are a few things to review. Room size was great. The hallway had a stench to, I believe shampooing the carpet would help with odor, I did see roaches in the hallway but none in my room (thankfully), the elevator stayed broken Most staff was very helpful but there is 1 bad apple. More like a PJ building than a hotel. "

"This is a great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby and several you can walk to. Check in was fast and easy. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and always replenished fast. "
