La tentative de négociation anticipée est inutile, même avec 24h d’avance. Dans d’autres circonstances commerciales cela est qualifié d'escroquerie. Expedia devrait exiger des conditions plus commerciales avant de favoriser cet hôtel.」

「You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus.
