「We loved our stay here. We had our two teenage sons with us and the room was perfect. The staff was incredible- so helpful and answered all our questions. They called taxis for us, recommended delicious restaurants, and even stayed up for us to arrive nearly in the middle of the night. Each morning they had an amazing breakfast for our family, which was one of our favorite meals of the day. 「Cesar was warm and very inviting and a pleasure to get to chat with. Blue door is very close to voto nacional and other great sites, but it does sit very high on a hill which makes exploring on foot a little tougher. Nights in quito get quite cold and it can be especially rough walking to a seperate shared bathroom, although the water pressure was great with plenty of hot water.」

「Great location in historic Quito with excellent service. The free breakfast is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here. However, it would be nice if the wifi worked a bit better in the rooms further away from the common room area and if the hot water was reliable. We took a handful of icy showers. 」
