"We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. We had already sent them all the receipts, but they still kept pressing me for payment. This stay was a terrible experience."
