"Room was a little worn down and a few things looked dirty that weren’t huge deals- couch cushions and lamp shades. Bathroom was clean. Layout works well for large groups or multi-family stays. "

"This place may be themed like a castle, but it's certainly not fit for a king. With musty smells, bugs in the bed and shower, holes in the walls, and old food on the furniture, we were ready to pack up and leave mere minutes after our arrival. When we asked for a refund, so that we could leave and find another hotel to book at 9:00 at night, we were told we would be given a better room, and comped the daily parking fees. Come to find out, when checking out 2 days later, there was "no record" of this situation documented by the shift manager who made these promises. The employee who completed our check out said he was the supervisor, and yet, couldn't resolve the issue without documentation. Parking was a nuisance, the pool wasn't open according to the hours listed, the "game room" was all extra cost... Not at all what we expected. Save yourself the headache, and the mess, and find yourself another hotel. This place will take the magic right out of your Disney trip. "

"Room is large and clean. Great size mini fridge. Beds are too hard and pillows were too soft. After a long day at Disney a comfy bed & pillow would’ve been perfect."

"The property was clean but pool was small. The hot tub was not hot at all. We had a connecting room and no fault of the hotel, but the kids next door kept trying to open our door. I did not feel rest at all. Location was great as it was a very short walk to Disneyland parks. "

"I highly recommend staying here for a quieter, more affordable option when visiting Anaheim. This hotel is walkable to Disneyland but is away from the hustle and bustle which was nice after a big park day. The hotel is really clean and new feeling. We will definitely stay here again! "

"It’s Motel 6. Only thing I was kinda of not to happy with is the coffee station in the lobby, no creamer was available. But rooms have Keurig machines and fridges so it worked out! "
