When we arrived there seemed to be some sort of deal going on outside with a few vehicles. Me and my spouse felt very unsafe specially since we had our daughter with us. And inside the room was pretty old and there seemed to be mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. It was clean but not a family friendly environment. So we decided to only stay 1 out of the 2 nights were suppose to stay for.

The property looked like it was an old people community at one point. The room was small and the fridge was tinnier than any minifridge ever.

The room was clean but had a faint foul smell. I would stay again as a last resort, but next time I’ll look for a nicer hotel.

The Lemon Tree is a nice place to stay for a few nights. The parking is plentiful so even if you lose your spot close to your room, you'll still be able to find a parking on the property without having to park outside. The people are always very helpful as well.

Im extremely disappointed with my stay here. The second day I was there I found a roach in my room. There were holes in the blankets, only one trash can. This was supposed to be a family suite and there was only one chair in the room to sit in. So if i wanted to sit down with my family to eat I couldn't. In total I found at least five. Front refused to give me a discount for my inconvenience. I had to cut my stay short due to the conditions of the room.

It was not the properties fault but some clown in room 152 decided to talk loudly on his phone with his window open about 7:30 to 8:00 am.
We got to hear how he was two hours away and threatening to come over with a pistol.

This property is not family friendly at all. There were alot of transients in and out of property, screaming in halls, loud music with huge speakers, smelled like cigarette smoke and one of the beds in the room had bed bugs.

The best thing about our stay was the friendly front desk clerk that checked us in at 4pm. He was awesome. We had a suite with a king and 2 queens. The king was hard as a rock. The queens weren't great but they were a lot more comfortable than the concrete slab with king size sheets on it 😂 Hotel was queit which was nice but don't get back too late at night or you'll end up parking on the street. I feel like the stay was fair for the price.

Parking was an inconvenience. There was a truck with a camper attached that took up 5 spaces and I ended up parking on the side street. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.
