Everyone who worked there was very kind and professional. It’s was super clean! There was always someone cleaning something. The included breakfast was great, so many options! The two pools and hot tubs, and a little baby wading pool were super clean, with lots of towels and shaded areas to sit. It is walkable to Disneyland, (15 min or so) but there is a bus that costs $6 a day that takes you right to the entrance to the parks. It was a little slow and difficult to track, as the info on the post outside is incorrect, but we were able to figure it out. Only reason it didn’t get full stars from me is it wasn’t very quiet. We could hear everything our neighbours (upstairs and beside) did, as well as road traffic. Not really the resort’s fault, I guess but it did make sleeping difficult.

The hotel was in a good location and within a 15-20 walk to downtown Disneyland and Disneyland park, our destination. The property was clean, so was the room. The only downgrade were the beds, they could use improvement. Not much padding to them. However, I would stay again or recommend this place.

This was a good place to stay for a Disneyland Experience. Breakfast was good and there were two nice pools with 2 hot tubs and a pleasant small garden. The second night there were no towels in the pool area and no one changed our towels the first day.

The hotel is conveniently located near Disney. However it is very noisy, not very clean, a lot of paint smells everywhere. Decent breakfast as well

We enjoyed this property. Beds were soft. Room was clean and pretty spacious. The hot breakfast was great with many options. Staff was friendly. We were able to check in early, which was unexpected. It’s a short walk to Disney via Downtown Disney. There is a pool and hot tub, but we didn’t use them. We would stay here again.

Staff was great. Disneyland was within walking distance. Our rooms were clean but I took one star off because I'm sure the carpet was not hygienic. I didn't like the old carpet. Also, the air in the room felt damp even when we had the AC on. I loved the coffee machine located in the entrance. It was nice to have a latte while walking to Disneyland.

Above-average quality rooms for the price range. Great staff and plenty of food for breakfast. The only negative is that the breakfast room is too small for the number of guests, but I think most of the hotels around Disneyland are like this.

The staff is wonderful. Breakfast staff is exceptional. Quiet and safe. The room was a nice size. The toilet didn't flush completely. The shower was awful. It was very convenient to Disneyland

A place to sleep. Rooms were much older than the photos show, and it is definitely not quiet. If any one of your neighbors wakes up early or stays up late, so will you. Upon arrival we asked the staff what the best ways to get to Disneyland were and he looked T us like we were stupid and said to walk down the street toward the park. Honestly, it wasn’t that simple. And we found out later about a shuttle that stops in front of the hotel. Would have been good to know. So nothing really bad about the place, but nothing really good. For the price, I expected more.

The breakfast was excellent. My only issue was the cleaning staff. My check out time was at 11. I had housekeeping start walking and peeking inside my room at 9 am already. Left earlier because I felt uncomfortable. I was not okay with them looking inside my window with my children there. Especially since the staff member was a male.
