「Conveniently located near the T2 Arrivals. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.」

「The room was generally clean and well-kept during my stay, with fresh bed sheets and a tidy bathroom. However, the room was a bit small, and soundproofing could be better as I could hear noise from outside. Overall, it is still a decent, comfortable spot if you just need a place to rest.」

「Restaurant table was NOT cleaned up and I asked to clean, the waiter did not make the table clean enough for next customer.」

「Most things were fine, except the poor drainage in the shower room. The location of the hotel was safe but the walking distance was lack of places for shopping or dining.」

「Room cleanliness could be improved. Booked a double room with king-size bed, but comes a twin room. Hotel sent a person to combine beds, but there is a fix decoration in between, so it is awkward.」

「Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the stay truly special. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality.」

「Clean Room, Breakfast buffet has over 50 items, Great Staff.」

「Bed coverings were smelling and had stains; hot water wasn’t available or not working. Only reason we took it is because it was close to the airport.」

「room is spacious and clean, just the noise isolation not so good, can hear the noise coming from the passage, luckily the noise from the street traffic is not so prominent」
