Nice and fancy hotel

Friendly staff and top class dining and leisure options including pool & spa. Hotel rooms are getting bit dated however they are kept in a tidy state. Breakfast spread really awesome with fresh omelette and dosas(crispy pancake)

Nice looking reception and good handling in arrival and departure. A very nice room. The corridors are all but cosy and in need to be refreshed. Long waiting in restaurant. Swingpool used for children swimming school Saturday and Sunday until 12.00 leeving very few sunchairs to guests with even more limited possibility for shadow.

The hotel was overall quite comfortable, with friendly and welcoming staff that made the experience feel pleasant. The room was cozy, and comfortable providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. However, I did encounter an issue one morning when brown water came out of the sink taps, it eventually came clear. Good thing I was using the bottled water to brush my teeth! I also tried the spa and the massage was amazing especially after a long flight! She put enough pressure to release the muscle tension. The food selection was also good.

Great central location and comfortable stay however room was small, carpets were dirty, towels were very old or of poor quality. Trash can did not open. Staff was courteous and helpful however the overall experience was not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel so I was surprised they have that rating.

The hotel was ok. The food at malangi restaurant in the hotel was not good! The croissants was not soft. Chicken sausages looked uncooked and bacon was burnt. The bathroom in the room needs to be updated !
